Leads complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses. Provides partner-level tax return review, strategic planning, regulatory guidance, client relationship management, business development, engagement oversight, and practice leadership. Mentors tax professionals and contributes to thought leadership, technology adoption, and process improvement initiatives.

Supports the Tax Service Line Finance team through financial analysis, recurring reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, pricing, profitability analysis, revenue-cycle reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data validation. The analyst prepares leadership materials, resolves discrepancies, improves reporting through automation and reusable templates, and partners with FP&A and practice leaders on financial questions and special projects.

Prepares and reviews financial statements, general ledgers, workpapers, partner capital reports, interest accruals, management fees, capital allocations, investor notices, cash reconciliations, and NAV calculations for real estate funds. Supports year-end audits, contributes to client relationships, and mentors junior staff. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least three years of fund accounting or financial services assurance experience.
