Owns expansion revenue across an existing enterprise customer base by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Builds relationships with stakeholders in Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, Finance, and executive leadership; leads discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Manages pipeline and forecasts, partners with Customer Success, expands product adoption, and achieves revenue targets. The role focuses on SAP, Workday, or Coupa customer ecosystems and requires 15–30% travel.

Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Build pipelines through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and partner relationships; engage senior and C-suite stakeholders; develop territory plans; collaborate with technology partners; deliver presentations and proposals; negotiate complex deals; maintain forecasts; and achieve revenue targets. Candidates should bring strong experience in the Workday, SAP, or Coupa ecosystem and a proven enterprise sales record.

Partner with account executives to uncover customer challenges across supplier onboarding, payment validation, procurement, and Source-to-Pay processes. Translate requirements into tailored solutions, deliver product demonstrations, support technical evaluations and RFPs, and collaborate with Product and Delivery teams during handoffs. The role requires enterprise software knowledge, customer-facing communication skills, and familiarity with platforms such as Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA. Occasional industry event attendance is expected.
