Generates profitable business by selling and renting EFCO forming systems. Builds customer relationships, assesses construction project needs, develops customized solutions, prepares estimates and proposals, negotiates orders, and supports successful project execution. Collaborates with district sales teams, manages sales pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, identifies market opportunities, and mentors local teams. The role requires construction sales expertise, strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to interpret construction drawings, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Generates sales and rental revenue for EFCO forming systems across an assigned Western States territory. Develops customer relationships, manages the full consultative sales cycle, presents customized formwork solutions, supports customers after the sale, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, forecasts opportunities, and meets activity and financial targets. The role is fully onsite in Oregon and requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, mechanical aptitude, and customer relationship skills.
