Ensures international students have a high-quality campus experience by welcoming them, responding to questions and welfare concerns, managing evaluations and records, handling check-outs, supporting events, addressing emergencies, and coordinating with course leaders and management.

Manages the academic operations of a seasonal language-learning campus, including classroom setup, timetabling, student placement, academic supplies, teacher staffing, briefings, observations, feedback, training, paperwork, graduations, and classroom welfare. The role supervises teaching staff, coordinates with campus teams, handles problems and emergencies, and supports student satisfaction throughout the summer program.
