Lead development and execution of global TTVR business strategy, deliver actionable intelligence and connected analytics, support executive decision-making, drive strategy activation and adoption across functions and regions, lead strategic initiatives and special projects, and frame evidence and adoption priorities to advance therapy commercialization.

Lead a small clinical operations team within Clinical Affairs, overseeing team performance, training, process development, and vendor management. Drive clinical process improvements, ensure compliance (CTMS, TMF, LMS), support study execution (site selection, screening encouragement, document review), manage budgets, and represent the function in cross-functional project meetings.

Lead Business Unit finance as strategic partner to the GM: own FP&A, forecasting, performance management, commercial and operational finance, controls and compliance, talent development, and integration to drive sustainable growth and scalable processes over a 3–5 year horizon.
