EdSights Benefits Overview

Owns complex enterprise and multi-campus SaaS implementations from onboarding through launch, ensuring adoption and smooth transition to Partner Success. Manages project plans, change management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, CRM integrations, SFTP configuration, field mapping, and data alignment. Mentors implementation team members, improves implementation standards, and serves as a trusted advisor to strategic higher-education partners.

Owns the end-to-end design, configuration, delivery, support, and maintenance of customer data integrations. Manages SFTP imports and exports, data mapping, validation, troubleshooting, legacy migration, documentation, and integration projects. Consults with customer IT teams and collaborates with Implementation, Engineering, Product, and Partner Success to deliver secure, reliable data flows and scalable integration processes.

As a Business Development Representative at EdSights, you'll conduct outreach to prospective colleges and universities, develop outreach strategies, and communicate the value of EdSights' technology. You'll work closely with Partnership Directors to drive growth and engagement in the higher education sector.
