Lead the design of research-aligned instructional content and digital learning experiences. Serve as a learning science and instructional design subject matter expert, mentor teams, guide best practices, collaborate with product, research, and engineering, and drive innovation and continuous improvement through data and feedback. Represent learning design externally through advisory committees and industry convenings while supporting corporate communications and product marketing.

Defines portfolio-level product vision and strategy, drives innovation across multiple product areas, and influences executive priorities. Shapes competitive, market, pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy; aligns engineering, go-to-market teams, and partners around a unified roadmap. Mentors product managers, leads discovery and delivery, and represents the company with customers and strategic partners.

Senior Corporate Counsel will lead commercial contracting, negotiate SaaS and technology agreements, advise on privacy, student data, responsible AI, and employment matters, and manage legal risk across the company. The role develops contracting playbooks, supports strategic transactions, manages outside counsel, and advises executives and business teams. It requires significant autonomy, strong commercial judgment, and expertise in technology transactions and U.S. privacy law.
