Leads end-to-end deployment of energy management systems across commercial facilities. Manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customers, installation, commissioning, change orders, documentation, and project closeout. Coordinates internal and field teams, conducts site visits, resolves technical and execution issues, ensures safety and quality standards, and supports continuous improvement. Requires HVAC controls and BAS knowledge, commercial project management experience, and approximately 10–20% domestic travel.

Develop and close new enterprise business for energy management, IoT, SaaS, and facilities solutions. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, territory planning, pipeline generation, executive relationship building, consultative selling, full-cycle deal management, negotiations, forecasting, CRM maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role targets large regional and national accounts, requires achievement of revenue and booking targets, and includes customer meetings, site visits, conferences, and industry events.
