Serve as a trusted HR advisor to site leaders for ~275 employees across multiple plants. Coach managers on performance, development, engagement, and employee relations; implement enterprise HR programs; use data to inform workforce decisions; resolve complex ER issues; improve HR processes and employee experience; and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Design electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, layouts, bills of materials, and systems using AutoCAD and applicable UL and NEC standards. Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering teams; support panel testing, factory acceptance testing, temporary test setups, O&M manuals, project updates, and continuous improvement. The role is fully onsite in Chatsworth, California and requires collaboration in office and manufacturing environments.

Perform general accounting tasks including capital order entry, invoicing, bank reconciliations, Concur expense review and journal entries, credit card processing, WIP and job record maintenance, vendor/customer verification, monthly close support, and basic reception duties.
