Grows sales across an assigned Los Angeles territory by managing customer relationships, expanding solution adoption, developing new business, and meeting revenue targets. Recommends programs, trains employees, improves operational efficiency, manages the sales pipeline, and partners with service and corporate teams. Requires local travel, overnight travel, a valid driver’s license, and customer-facing account development.

Manages a 90-mile commercial laundry territory in the San Diego area. Develops sales and service plans, consults with laundry operators, presents chemical and process solutions, builds long-term customer relationships, provides hands-on product training, and troubleshoots laundry machines and dispensing systems. Requires a valid driver’s license, emergency-call flexibility, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Overnight travel is less than 25%.

Performs factory acceptance, pressure, and leak testing of water treatment and process systems. Troubleshoots equipment and system issues, supports engineering revisions and software updates, documents test results, configures temporary test equipment, verifies tags and labels, and provides improvement feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams. The role also maintains system photographs and promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in office and manufacturing environments.

Design electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, layouts, bills of materials, and systems using AutoCAD and applicable UL and NEC standards. Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering teams; support panel testing, factory acceptance testing, temporary test setups, O&M manuals, project updates, and continuous improvement. The role is fully onsite in Chatsworth, California and requires collaboration in office and manufacturing environments.

Perform general accounting tasks including capital order entry, invoicing, bank reconciliations, Concur expense review and journal entries, credit card processing, WIP and job record maintenance, vendor/customer verification, monthly close support, and basic reception duties.
