Provide product knowledge and customer service at the cheese counter: weigh, label, package, merchandize, rotate inventory (FIFO), maintain displays and cleanliness, assist guests with selections, receive and stock product, and perform other assigned duties.

Plans, schedules and executes public and private food and beverage events and classes. Prepares workstations, serves guests, supports the chef, manages setup/cleanup, writes class descriptions, handles BEOs and registration pages, builds client relationships, and coordinates interdepartmental event logistics.
