Plans and executes public and private food, wine, cooking, and educational events. Supports chefs and guests, prepares event spaces and workstations, serves meals and beverages, manages cleanup and restocking, and handles class descriptions, instructor biographies, event orders, contracts, online registration pages, client relationships, and cross-department coordination.

Provide product knowledge and customer service at the cheese counter: weigh, label, package, merchandize, rotate inventory (FIFO), maintain displays and cleanliness, assist guests with selections, receive and stock product, and perform other assigned duties.

Manages store-level marketing strategy and execution, including events, education, community relations, communications, graphics, signage, social media, budgets, and performance reporting. Leads the in-store Marketing and Events teams, coordinates national and local initiatives, manages partners and community relationships, and ensures campaigns meet brand, timeline, budget, and business goals. Requires onsite availability with evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus up to 10% travel.

Act as liaison between event sales and execution teams; respond to guest inquiries; coordinate client requests; develop menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for private dining and classes; follow up on special orders with management and kitchen; ensure event details meet client expectations; perform related duties.
