Partners with Product, Launch, and Partner Success teams to resolve technical and partner challenges, improve adoption, manage project health, and ensure reliable outcomes. Provides technical mentorship, code and design review, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Leads digital fundraising and Advancement marketing strategy for higher education clients. Partners with business development, creative, analytics, and delivery teams to design integrated campaigns across paid media and emerging channels. Advises institutions on donor acquisition, alumni engagement, campaign communications, segmentation, messaging, and digital donor journeys. Develops proposals, presentations, training, thought leadership, and strategic frameworks while advising senior leaders and shaping EAB’s market offerings.

Leads a team of Account Managers responsible for retaining and expanding a $60M+ research renewal portfolio. Oversees renewal strategy, revenue forecasting, negotiations, partner engagement, risk management, operating cadences, and cross-functional market feedback. Coaches managers, supports complex or at-risk partnerships, improves commercial outcomes, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Research, and Success teams. The role requires executive communication, people leadership, data-driven prioritization, and experience managing revenue goals.
