Lead and scale Duolingo’s West Coast advertising sales business. Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, strategic advertiser and agency relationships, complex deal execution, pricing inputs, and team hiring and coaching. Build repeatable sales processes in a startup-like environment while partnering with Account Management, Ad Operations, Product, and leadership to grow innovative ad formats and protect the learner experience.

Lead West Coast direct ad sales for Duolingo: set regional GTM strategy, hit revenue targets, build and coach a sales team, manage pipeline and complex deals end-to-end, deepen agency and brand relationships, and partner with Product/Ad Ops to shape pricing, packaging, and ad experiences.
