Provide in-store and phone customer service and sales for paint products, process transactions, maintain inventory and merchandising, follow safety and store procedures, and complete basic training and certifications.

Provide in-store color consultation and superior customer service using design principles. Assist customers with color schemes, maintain appointment schedules, use Dunn-Edwards tools (including Adobe Photoshop), process orders and POS transactions, participate in store upkeep and events, and train associates on color techniques.

Provide in-store and phone customer service by advising on paint products, processing sales through POS, maintaining inventory and store appearance, and following safety and company standards. Assist with stocking, merchandising, and supporting professional painters while completing required learning and certification programs.
