Provides in-store color consultation and customer service for homeowners, designing color schemes and palettes based on customer needs. Uses lighting knowledge, Photoshop renderings, and company color tools to make recommendations. Processes orders, operates the cash register, maintains appointment schedules, trains sales associates, participates in store operations and events, and communicates customer or department feedback to management. Requires an interior design degree or current enrollment in an interior design program.

Leads the design, implementation, administration, and support of hybrid infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, VMware, and on-premises environments. Provides Tier 3 escalation support, patch management, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Owns technical solution delivery, leads infrastructure initiatives, supports enterprise-scale systems, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, mentors administrators, and ensures operational handoff. Requires off-hours availability and 5–10% travel.
