Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services for an assigned caseload. Manage coverage gaps, call-offs, schedule changes, urgent staffing requests, service utilization, and documentation. Communicate extensively with caregivers, clients, families, and internal teams while maintaining continuity of care and strong customer service. The role requires sound judgment, adaptability, high-volume phone coordination, and bilingual English-Spanish communication.

Coordinates quality assurance visits, complaint and incident investigations, caregiver training, competency monitoring, documentation, reporting, and community relationships. The role requires independent field work, sensitive communication, de-escalation, detailed follow-up, and collaboration with clients, caregivers, healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations throughout the assigned area.

Coordinates and delivers caregiver orientations and ongoing training, tracks compliance, maintains training records, assesses skills, supports onboarding and data entry, and collaborates with HR, quality teams, healthcare providers, and community partners. The role also provides candidate and caregiver support, ensures documentation accuracy, and participates in community outreach and referral activities.
