Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Apps to deliver HR workforce insights. Clean, validate, and consolidate HR data, analyze attrition and staffing trends, respond to data calls, track onboarding readiness, maintain SOPs and data governance, audit reports for accuracy, and automate reporting processes.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze workload, execution, and performance data to support command business functions. Maintain ERP and SharePoint records, prepare briefs and technical documentation, manage records/forms/directives, support CPI initiatives, and liaise with stakeholders. Provide administrative support and training materials, ensure compliance with DoD/Navy standards, and improve workflows and reporting processes.

Support talent acquisition and internship programs by coordinating Recruitment Advisory Board operations, scheduling and facilitating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and metrics, performing staffing analytics and workforce planning, representing NAVSEA at recruiting events, and identifying process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
