Develops data-driven analytics, dashboards, automated workflows, applications, and integrated tracking systems using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. Translates ambiguous stakeholder needs into scalable data models, reporting tools, and process automation solutions. Maintains and improves dashboards, workflows, and applications while monitoring program performance, data quality, and operational accountability.

Provides technical support for hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and access controls. Installs and maintains systems, troubleshoots issues, manages updates, documents tickets, supports deployments, and trains end users. Requires an active Secret clearance, Security+ certification, Windows and Linux proficiency, networking knowledge, and 35%+ travel aboard Navy ships. Preferred experience includes virtualization, cloud services, scripting, cybersecurity tools, and database or network administration.

Analyzes business and operational data, develops Power BI and Tableau dashboards, automates workflows with Power Automate, integrates data sources, and prepares executive reporting. Supports ERP activities, SharePoint repositories, process improvement, documentation, and leadership decision-making. Requires collaboration with stakeholders, data validation, performance analysis, and communication of analytical findings within a government or military enterprise environment.

Supports project planning, coordination, tracking, documentation, reporting, and process improvement. Maintains project trackers, timelines, action items, dashboards, and status reports while assisting Agile/Scrum ceremonies and monitoring risks, dependencies, and blockers. Collaborates with project teams, product owners, technical staff, and stakeholders to communicate progress and improve workflows. Requires an active Secret clearance, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; JIRA, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI experience is preferred.

Supports workforce development programs by researching training opportunities, assisting with training class administration, providing Waypoints training, maintaining metrics, and creating SOPs and Statements of Work. The role requires strong organization, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, collaboration, and an active Secret clearance. Navy systems experience and a business or technical bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Develop, maintain, and migrate AEM Adaptive and XFA PDF forms; create custom AEM components and integrations; perform DHS Trusted Tester accessibility testing (Section 508/WCAG 2.2 AA); document findings (ACRs/VPATs), verify remediation, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver accessible digital solutions.
