Teams at Dscout

Support Dscout clients in designing, recruiting, fielding, analyzing, and managing user research projects on the platform. Train clients on platform features, recommend research methodologies, create educational materials, assist with billing and administration, support research participants, and communicate client feedback internally to improve the product. The role requires strong client service, project management, user research knowledge, qualitative analysis skills, organization, empathy, and technical curiosity.

Build and maintain cybersecurity controls across Dscout’s SaaS environment and internal IT systems. Secure AWS infrastructure and software development processes, implement SIEM and monitoring, assess threats, respond to incidents, manage vulnerabilities, support security policies and third-party risk reviews, and improve security awareness and controls.

Lead the mobile engineering team in evolving iOS and Android applications toward an AI-native, thin-client architecture. Define participant API and platform direction, contribute Python to backend services, establish AI-assisted development processes, improve DevOps and continuous delivery, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Product and Design. The role requires principal-level technical leadership, product focus, system architecture expertise, and hands-on use of AI coding agents.
