Maintains and repairs hotel guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and mechanical systems. Performs preventive maintenance, plumbing and minor electrical repairs, HVAC and equipment troubleshooting, carpentry and cosmetic repairs, and inspections of life-safety systems. Responds to routine and emergency work orders, documents repairs, and coordinates with hotel departments to support guest safety, comfort, appearance, and operational efficiency.

Manage client relationships and coordinate all aspects of conventions including logistics, vendor contracts, budgeting, on-site support, cross-department coordination, and post-event reporting to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

Lead hotel sales and marketing to drive revenue, market share, and brand presence. Develop and execute sales, marketing, and budget plans; manage and train sales and catering teams; negotiate contracts; track top accounts and market trends; collaborate with operations and GM; maintain community relationships; oversee digital marketing and brand consistency. Weekly travel required.
