Manage and review quality and production documentation for in-process and finished goods. Provide customer and internal documentation, support new product introductions, technical customer responses, and ensure regulatory/customer requirements are communicated and met. Work cross-functionally to maintain accuracy and improve document flow and processes.

Serve as an HR Business Partner providing employee relations guidance, benefits administration, compliance, training, Workday optimization, HR data analysis, and onsite support across DrinkPAK locations. Independently manage investigations, performance issues, development programs, and HR programs to support managers and employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, indirect spend and services. Develop procurement strategy, manage supplier selection/negotiation/contracting, drive cost savings and supply assurance, maintain SAP S/4HANA purchasing and vendor data, establish policies and SOPs, partner cross-functionally for launches and capacity expansion, and build a high-performing procurement team.
