Lead backend development for Dragos' OT security platform: design and implement high-performance systems in Rust, optimize architectures, participate across the development lifecycle, integrate databases and third-party data providers, incorporate AI tools, mentor senior engineers, and drive cross-team architectural decisions.

The Staff Device Engineer will reverse engineer network-connected devices, architect device interaction applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate on technical challenges in industrial cybersecurity.

Provide first-line technical support for ICS/OT cybersecurity customers: triage and resolve common issues, document cases, use AI tools responsibly, escalate complex problems, support upgrades and configurations, contribute to the knowledge base using KCS practices, and participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation.
