Lead backend development for Dragos' OT security platform: design and implement high-performance systems in Rust, optimize architectures, participate across the development lifecycle, integrate databases and third-party data providers, incorporate AI tools, mentor senior engineers, and drive cross-team architectural decisions.

Build and maintain Synapse collection pipelines using Storm queries, automation, data models, and tag hierarchies. Diagnose and resolve complex tooling defects, support threat hunting and adversary tracking, ensure data quality, contribute to recurring intelligence deliverables, document designs, improve processes, and collaborate across hunt, research, product, and engineering teams.

Lead research to identify and analyze novel vulnerabilities in industrial control systems, coordinate responsible disclosure, author technical reports, and develop detection signatures. Partner with product, threat intel, and incident response to integrate findings and mentor researchers. Drive automation of analysis tooling and contribute to strategic vulnerability management and public industry engagement.
