Lead reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of large-scale database platforms across cloud and on-prem. Build automation-first database infrastructure (Kubernetes operators, IaC, GitOps), drive monitoring/SLOs, incident leadership, performance and cost optimization, and partner with application teams on safe schema/migration practices. Mentor engineers and evaluate AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and reliability.

Prospect and acquire high-value VIP customers, build long-term relationships, and manage a regional customer acquisition strategy. Responsibilities include developing localized go-to-market plans, executing acquisition events and promotions, managing revenue and profit goals, supporting compliance and responsible gaming initiatives, and creating experiences that encourage brand advocacy. The role requires managing high-value accounts, obtaining gaming and financial licenses, and working nights, weekends, and while traveling.

Build and manage relationships with VIP players, drive sales metrics and net revenue, and deliver personalized experiences that increase engagement and loyalty. Use customer and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, recommend solutions, follow responsible gaming policies, and resolve escalations with internal teams. The role requires strong relationship-building, revenue strategy, customer service, operational improvement, and compliance with state gaming licensing requirements.
