Manage general litigation and legal risk across the business. Responsibilities include assessing lawsuits and legal threats, developing response strategies, drafting and reviewing court filings, guiding outside counsel, negotiating dispute resolutions, representing the company in small claims court, responding to regulatory inquiries, and advising internal stakeholders on emerging legal issues.

Manage DraftKings Rewards loyalty program operations by monitoring KPIs, analyzing player behavior and program economics, validating data, and recommending improvements. Coordinate testing, launches, and issue resolution for program enhancements while partnering with Analytics, Finance, and Loyalty Operations. Build data-backed business cases, improve reporting and workflows through AI and automation, and communicate recommendations to leadership.

Leads architecture and hands-on development of scalable backend systems and APIs supporting real-time applications. Owns the engineering lifecycle, writes high-performance code, establishes testing and reliability practices, resolves production issues, guides technical roadmaps, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors engineers. The role requires expertise in object-oriented backend development, distributed cloud systems, automated testing, system monitoring, and technical leadership.
