Conduct compensation and benefits research and analysis to inform Total Rewards strategies. Build measurement frameworks, ROI studies, pay equity analyses, and predictive models. Manage union labor requests, manpower planning, onboarding, documentation, reporting, and workforce pipeline strategies to ensure a skilled, compliant craft workforce across projects and regions.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications (HRSD, ITSM), build and maintain integrations with HRIS/ERP (Workday, Oracle EBS) using REST/SOAP/JDBC, ensure platform security and performance, participate in Agile delivery, and support future module adoption and enterprise integrations.

Lead VDC processes and support project teams through 3D trade coordination, 4D sequencing, BIM/data platform configuration, and field technology (total stations, laser scanning, UAVs). Train and support users on Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD and other tools; develop and implement project-specific VDC strategies; mentor teams; manage on-site implementation and VDC deliverables; and provide technical support for model-based project workflows.

Lead day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects, managing project controls, engineering, cost, risk, schedules, and project teams. Serve as primary owner/architect contact, mentor staff, ensure financial performance, billing and collections, and deliver projects to client satisfaction across healthcare, advanced technology, life sciences, higher education, and commercial markets.

Lead project engineering for commercial projects: enforce safety and contracts, mentor and manage project engineering staff, maintain schedules and document control, administer change orders and cost control, prepare owner billing, and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, designers, and owners to resolve issues.

Lead day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects including project controls, engineering, cost management, scheduling, team management, client/architect coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring project financial and customer satisfaction outcomes.

Lead deployment and support of VDC/BIM processes and technologies across projects. Develop project-specific BIM/VDC execution strategies, train and mentor staff, manage VDC engineers, oversee on-site implementation, track BIM metrics and KPIs, contribute to proposals and strategic roadmaps, and ensure contractual adherence for VDC deliverables.

Designs and activates enterprise workforce development strategies, identifying future talent needs and building scalable solutions (pipelines, apprenticeships, upskilling). Leads solution design, pilots, external partnerships, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure organizational capability over a 3-5+ year horizon while executing near-term programs.
