Provide comprehensive administrative, strategic, and personal support to the CEO. Manage calendars, inboxes, correspondence, executive meetings, board preparation, travel itineraries, and follow-up actions. Serve as a confidential gatekeeper and operational partner while handling shifting priorities, international time zones, and high-pressure situations. Use productivity and AI tools to automate administrative workflows and improve executive efficiency.

Own the end-to-end product management cycle, including customer discovery, user interviews, solution definition, product requirements, AI prototyping, engineering collaboration, feature launches, and communicating product value. The role focuses on rapidly delivering mobile and web products that improve construction workflows, using data and decisive ownership to address complex customer and operational needs.

Leads Doxel’s marketing function, defining a new AI-and-construction category, positioning, messaging, brand narrative, thought leadership, demand generation, field marketing, and account-based programs. Partners with sales, product, and executives to drive pipeline, revenue, market awareness, and category leadership. Recruits and coaches a lean senior marketing team while applying AI to reporting, attribution, and campaign optimization.
