Own the end-to-end product management cycle, including customer discovery, user interviews, solution definition, product requirements, AI prototyping, engineering collaboration, feature launches, and communicating product value. The role focuses on rapidly delivering mobile and web products that improve construction workflows, using data and decisive ownership to address complex customer and operational needs.

Build and operate core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, merit and promotion cycles, career pathing, employee recognition, learning and development, benefits support, and immigration assistance. Own the implementation and configuration of Rippling, using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining compliant documentation, data handling, and decision-making practices. Partner closely with employees and managers in a growth-stage company.

Leads Doxel’s marketing function, defining a new AI-and-construction category, positioning, messaging, brand narrative, thought leadership, demand generation, field marketing, and account-based programs. Partners with sales, product, and executives to drive pipeline, revenue, market awareness, and category leadership. Recruits and coaches a lean senior marketing team while applying AI to reporting, attribution, and campaign optimization.
