Own webinar programs, build scalable campaign frameworks, refine Marketo lead scoring, ensure clean attribution to Salesforce, analyze funnel performance, manage agencies, and represent campaign strategy to senior leadership while mentoring junior team members.

Provide embedded product and commercial legal counsel across the product lifecycle, advise on open source licensing and AI/LLM issues, draft product-facing terms, negotiate commercial agreements for SaaS and hybrid deployments, support IP strategy and regulatory compliance, and build playbooks and templates to enable Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to move quickly within legal guardrails.

Build and maintain an agentic support platform and full‑stack support tooling (UI, APIs, jobs, integrations). Integrate CRM/ticketing/data systems, implement LLM-driven workflows with safe handoffs, observability, and on‑call ownership to improve support efficiency and SLAs.
