Lead and develop a Customer Success team to maximize retention, satisfaction, and account growth. Execute and evolve CS strategy, manage KPIs and processes, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product, act as strategic advisor to enterprise accounts, scale operational tools and automation, and drive upsell/cross-sell through proactive account health management.
