Teams at DMA

Supports client-facing tax technology projects by mapping business requirements to tax solutions, configuring tax engines and ERP systems, managing project tasks and documentation, supporting go-live activities, training users, and maintaining client relationships. Requires knowledge of tax processes, accounting, transaction tax systems, and at least one tax engine, with approximately 30–40% travel.

Leads multiple TT360 tax technology implementations from requirements and solution design through testing, knowledge transfer, and cutover. Provides technical oversight, client consultation, escalation support, and expertise in tax engines, ERP integrations, data flows, and tax processes. Manages project teams, coaches staff, tracks performance and financial metrics, develops delivery standards, supports business development, and contributes to platform innovation and process improvements.

Leads multiple SAP-based tax technology implementations from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and cutover. Provides tax engine and SAP integration expertise across SD, MM, and FI; manages project teams, client escalations, delivery quality, financial performance, and resource forecasting. Coaches consultants, supports methodology development, and contributes to business development through scoping, estimation, and proposals. The role requires 40–50% travel.
