Prepares calculations, layouts, reports, narratives, and detailed engineering drawings; coordinates with architecture and other disciplines; conducts site surveys and punch-list reviews; leads project teams, manages workloads, and mentors engineers. Requires a Professional Engineer license, 10+ years of experience, and Revit MEP expertise.

Lead architectural project documentation and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for Justice and Civic projects. Ensure BIM standards, QA/QC, clash detection, cost and schedule alignment, and support construction phases across delivery methods while mentoring production staff and collaborating with clients and consultants.
