Prepare month- and year-end consolidated financial statements, manage cash flow forecasting, support general ledger close and reconciliations, ensure US GAAP compliance, maintain fixed asset schedules, support audits, drive process improvements and system integrations, and build reporting packages while collaborating on ad-hoc projects.

Provide interim and project-based accounting and finance support including full-cycle accounting, month-end close, SEC reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, ERP selection/implementation, SOX/compliance, post-merger integrations, process documentation/redesign, interim finance leadership, and cross-functional project management.

Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting, support SEC filings and SOX compliance, lead FP&A and system implementations, document and redesign processes, provide interim finance leadership, and manage cross-functional projects and teams.
