Conduct legal research, draft briefs and motions, manage multi‑matter dockets and large‑scale discovery, support hearings/depositions/trials, interact with clients, collaborate with firm teams, and ensure compliance while pursuing professional development and firm/pro bono initiatives.

Lead end-to-end finance operations and transformation for Accounts Payable, expense management, procure-to-pay and related functions. Drive process reengineering, automation, systems implementations, KPI/reporting improvements, vendor/RFP management, and FP&A partnership to improve controls, scalability, and decision support. Manage stakeholders and teams, deliver measurable outcomes, and support change adoption across global finance operations.

Provide AI-focused regulatory, advisory, litigation, and transactional legal support. Advise on AI governance and compliance, monitor legal developments, support AI-related deals and due diligence, draft legal documents, assist litigation discovery and strategy, and build client relationships across firm teams.
