Own and operate the IT ticketing system and provide end-user support across corporate offices and hotels. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, endpoints, printers, and business apps. Use AD/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerShell. Monitor endpoint security, assist with vulnerability remediation, support onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and infrastructure deployments.

Supervise and train front desk/guest services team, manage front office operations during shifts, handle reservations, audits, reports, guest relations, and cross-department support to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
