Develops and improves additive manufacturing processes, work instructions, training programs, and operational standards. Conducts audits, inspections, and training effectiveness reviews while supporting AS9100D quality requirements. Partners with production, quality, safety, and service teams to address process issues, close skill gaps, and drive lean improvements through A3, 8D, 5S, kaizen, and waste reduction. Maintains training records, standardizes work, and supports employee competency, safety, quality, and manufacturing performance.

Lead software architecture for robotics and AI systems using C++ and Python. Design real-time robotics control, planning, optimization, generative AI, operator GUIs, diagnostics, simulation, and production integrations. Establish scalable infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, testing, and deployment practices. Integrate robotics stacks, hardware, sensors, and manufacturing systems while leading technical reviews, mentoring engineers, commissioning systems, and troubleshooting production hardware.

Manages global supplier relationships and strategic sourcing for advanced manufacturing, printer development, automotive, and aerospace programs. Leads RFx activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, procurement execution, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and long-lead component sourcing. Coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Program Management through NPI and production ramp phases. Oversees supplier performance, capacity, technical collaboration, commercial agreements, and readiness for critical development builds.
