The Director of Supplier Quality leads the global supplier quality strategy, ensuring sourced components meet strict quality standards, while driving performance improvements and operational excellence in a fast-growth manufacturing environment.

Design, build, commission, and operate propulsion test stands end-to-end. Own mechanical structures, high-pressure fluid systems, instrumentation, DAQ, and controls. Lead test campaigns, ensure safety and data fidelity, troubleshoot on the test floor, and continuously automate and improve test operations to accelerate propulsion development.
