Oversee outsourced fund operations for mutual funds, ETFs, and other products. Responsibilities include reviewing NAV production, fund service provider deliverables, cash reporting, exceptions, KPIs, service-level agreements, and operational controls. The role supports fund launches, system testing, process improvements, vendor issue resolution, client inquiries, and special projects, while occasionally reviewing colleagues’ work and serving as lead during a supervisor’s absence.

The Regional Director leads sales and client relations with financial advisors, strategizing to enhance business development and client service in the Northern California region.

Support daily portfolio management for equities: cash management, corporate event analysis, data preparation for PM presentations, ad-hoc requests, efficiency projects, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in an analyst development program to progress toward portfolio manager responsibilities.
