Leads the hotel maintenance and engineering department, overseeing building systems, repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, safety compliance, budgeting, inventory, vendors, and urgent guest-impact issues. Supervises, trains, and supports maintenance staff while ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems operate reliably. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, team leadership, property upkeep, and flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Leads daily hotel front office operations, supervising and scheduling staff, training team members, and maintaining service standards. Oversees check-ins, check-outs, reservations, billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting. Resolves escalated guest concerns, coordinates with housekeeping and engineering, supports hiring and performance reviews, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and brand standards. Requires flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Supports hotel housekeeping by cleaning public areas, removing trash, delivering linens and supplies, assisting room attendants, maintaining storage spaces, responding to guest requests, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The role requires dependable, physically active work, attention to detail, flexibility for all shifts, and availability on weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.
