Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for infrastructure automation, monitoring, reliability, secure Linux administration, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud and networking strategy, and zero-touch provisioning. The role includes incident response, capacity planning, observability, documentation, on-call support, technical leadership, mentoring, and researching technologies across cloud, virtualization, and hardware platforms.

Leads technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, architecture documentation, and RFP responses throughout the sales cycle. Partners with customers, account executives, customer success, product, and engineering teams to translate business and technical requirements into tailored solutions involving PKI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, integrations, and automation. Acts as a trusted technical advisor and supports new business development across assigned accounts, with approximately 20–25% travel.

Designs, builds, launches, and measures production AI workflows, agents, and AI-native tools across business functions. Integrates enterprise platforms, model APIs, retrieval, tool use, governance, identity, security, and observability. Partners with IT, Security, Engineering, and business operators; evaluates vendors; enables employees; and creates reusable architecture patterns. The role also supports AI intake, compliance reviews, ROI measurement, and production monitoring.
