Lead cross-functional drug development programs, create and maintain integrated program plans and budgets, manage risks and resource constraints, and coordinate with scientific leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure programs meet timelines and regulatory milestones.

Operate and scale the identity platform and access governance program: lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning, B2B guest governance, non-human identity management, SSO/SCIM integrations, privileged access controls, IAM audit support, endpoint/MDM and SaaS administration, and escalated end-user support. Partner with MSP and cyber team to secure identities and respond to identity-related incidents.

Manage end-to-end cold-chain logistics and global transportation for biologics, ensuring inventory control across CMOs/CDMOs, temperature compliance, customs clearance, and carrier performance. Partner cross-functionally and with 3PLs to resolve deviations, optimize trade lanes, and maintain GxP/regulatory adherence to support clinical development programs.
