Lead all technical and creative filming aspects for short cinematic social videos: plan shots, operate cameras, light and record sound, direct actors, manage equipment and continuity, maintain fast turnarounds, and keep productions on schedule under pressure.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for high-volume video production: manage calendars and meetings, take and distribute detailed notes, track action items and deliverables, maintain production documentation and trackers, compile leadership reports, and support urgent production needs and special projects.
