Produce scripted digital content from ideation through final upload, managing on-set and post-production workflows, budgets, timelines, vendors, quality, and delivery. Collaborate across teams on multiple formats and platforms, develop production efficiencies, monitor audience and platform trends, and maintain commercially viable content aligned with the company’s family-friendly storytelling mission.

Own the testing and optimization of short-form videos from post-production through publication. Create multiple versions with alternate hooks, pacing, structures, calls to action, and endings; manage testing workflows; analyze retention, engagement, and completion data; recommend creative edits; build reporting systems and KPIs; and oversee a Testing Assistant.

Own personal, household, and estate operations for a high-profile entrepreneur and family. Manage projects, vendors, contractors, calendars, travel preparation, insurance, inventory, invoices, household staff, and recurring processes. Proactively identify and resolve issues, track open items through completion, provide concise updates, and handle confidential personal and financial information with discretion. The role is primarily in-person in the Los Angeles area and reports directly to the principal/founder.
