Lead Zendesk configuration and optimization for Support Operations: design workflows, triggers, automations, SLAs, and reporting. Serve as primary Zendesk SME and business analyst, gather requirements, document system designs, support governance/change management, ensure security and role-based access, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy integrations, testing, and adopt Zendesk AI capabilities.
