The role requires local market awareness, regular activity reporting, collaboration with sales support and management, and occasional domestic travel. It may also supervise Sales Canvassers.

Prospect for new B2B customers, qualify opportunities, build sales pipelines, conduct needs assessments, recommend technology solutions, present proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business. The role also involves managing customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, tracking sales activity in CRM tools, executing territory growth strategies, and traveling frequently throughout the assigned local territory.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to internal users and managed-service vendors by phone and email. Troubleshoots network, hardware, software, connectivity, and device issues; performs installations, updates, account creation, onboarding configuration, and conference-room audio/video support. Maintains asset inventories, replaces computer components, tracks and escalates unresolved tickets, and ensures timely resolution while delivering bilingual English-Spanish customer service.
