Manages ABA client caseloads under BCBA supervision, conducts assessments and client sessions, develops individualized behavior programs, monitors data, prepares progress reports, and supervises Behavior Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates. The role requires collaboration with clinical staff, client communication, contract fulfillment, and travel between homes, offices, meetings, and training locations.

Manages ABA client caseloads under BCBA supervision, develops individualized programs, conducts assessments and client sessions, monitors data, and prepares progress reports. Supervises and trains behavior therapists and provides supervision to RBTs and BCBA candidates. Coordinates clinical services, contract fulfillment, insurance documentation, client communications, and ongoing staff support. Requires travel between client homes and offices, a California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and FBI/DOJ clearance.

The Payroll Manager will handle payroll operations, financial reporting, general ledger activities, budget preparation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with different teams.
