Designs, develops, and maintains scalable cloud-native services for connected vehicle systems. Leads cloud architecture, microservices development, DevOps, infrastructure optimization, automated testing, security controls, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Provides technical guidance, mentors engineers, supports customer and sales presentations, evaluates technology trends, and drives software and process improvements. Requires expertise in public cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and microservice programming.

Support and implement quality systems and controls for processes and products. Perform PFMEA and Control Plan reviews, lead ESC projects, conduct audits, analyze data to resolve quality issues, coordinate testing and warranty responses, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) with stakeholders and customers.

Leads DENSO Robotics’ North American sales strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, strategic accounts, channel partnerships, and geographically dispersed sales teams. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, competitive analysis, contract negotiations, executive customer engagement, distributor and integrator development, talent management, and collaboration with engineering, marketing, service, and global affiliates. The role requires extensive travel throughout North America and focuses on industrial and collaborative robotics and automation solutions.
