Coordinate and distribute remittance processing work, monitor workloads to meet deadlines, answer basic employee questions, align resources with priorities, and support transmission of customer files. Performs duties across Processing Specialist levels under supervisor guidance.

Gather and document business, functional, technical, non-functional, and data requirements for B2B payments and M&A integrations. Assess system change impacts, create test scenarios (system, integration, readiness, UAT), document process implications, manage requirements/user stories through delivery, and mentor business users during user acceptance testing.

Provide technical and functional support for the IMS (OnBase) platform by troubleshooting application issues, resolving customer incidents, and communicating status. Serve as primary case owner, collaborate with Development/QA, document troubleshooting and resolutions, follow escalation procedures, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
