Directs network development across the Western United States, leading provider contracting, negotiations, strategic partnerships, network growth, performance monitoring, and cost management. Oversees regional teams and provider agreements, supports sales growth, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, and develops strategies to strengthen network access, quality, competitiveness, and financial performance.
