Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud-native microservices in Azure using C#/.NET Core. Implement CI/CD, diagnose and fix defects, conduct code reviews, document APIs, mentor peers, and collaborate with architects and DevOps to deliver secure, maintainable platform services.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Fastpath Assure governance and compliance features (SoD, access reviews, provisioning, audit). Own end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize capabilities, partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams, engage customers for validation, analyze adoption and competitive positioning, enable go-to-market, and inform platform integration and roadmap through GRC, identity governance, and AI-driven trends.

Responsible for net-new enterprise sales into $1B+ accounts within an assigned territory. Build territory plans, prospect and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborate with technical experts and channel partners, maintain pipeline and forecast, meet quotas, and travel ~30-40% for customer meetings and events.
