Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive business reviews. Build trusted relationships with security and executive stakeholders, translate privacy protection into measurable risk-reduction outcomes, manage escalations, support security and compliance workflows, and maintain account health, success plans, and forecasts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, Legal, and Security to improve customer outcomes and inform product and service strategy.

Respond to customer support requests and pre-sale inquiries through Zendesk, web, email, and internal ticketing systems. Educate customers, troubleshoot issues, document cases and feedback, collaborate with internal teams on complex problems, identify potential user interface issues, and escalate unresolved concerns while meeting service-level goals.

The Account Executive will drive sales in State, Local, and Education markets, focusing on data privacy solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, client qualification, negotiation, and coordination with internal resources, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
