Leads employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, benefits and I-9 compliance, OSHA and workers' comp coordination, and payroll accuracy for a 250–350 workforce. Ensures California regulatory compliance, maintains HRIS/payroll systems, manages 401(k)/COBRA administration, and serves as primary HR resource while driving continuous improvement and site-level safety.
