Run conflict-of-interest searches and prepare conflict reports using iManage Conflicts Management. Review new matter requests, perform corporate research to identify related parties, maintain the conflicts database, collaborate with recruiting/HR/OGC, assist with documentation, special projects, and provide on-call coverage as assigned.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations for the firm's California offices. Partner with CHRO, office leadership, and HR centers to set regional HR priorities. Support full talent lifecycle, employee relations, compliance with local employment laws, wellness and engagement programming, policy adoption, and special HR projects.

Provides administrative, secretarial, technical, and organizational support to lawyers and managers. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, managing calls, correspondence, calendars, appointments, travel, files, meetings, attorney time, expenses, client billing, payment tracking, reception coverage, and special projects. Requires strong communication, proofreading, typing, confidentiality, organization, reliability, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
