Oversee day-to-day HR operations for the firm's California offices. Partner with CHRO, office leadership, and HR centers to set regional HR priorities. Support full talent lifecycle, employee relations, compliance with local employment laws, wellness and engagement programming, policy adoption, and special HR projects.

Provide day-to-day office operations and exceptional customer service: manage conference and visitor services, coordinate vendors and facilities, support events, handle reception duties, maintain supplies and security system entries, and partner with the Director of Administration on workplace operations and space planning.

Provide secretarial, technical, and organizational support to lawyers and managerial staff: draft and proof documents, manage calendars, calls, mail, travel, billing and expenses, organize meetings, cover reception, and complete assigned special projects while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
